Much like a “fast pass” at an amusement park, patients can skip the lines, while waiting in the comfort of their homes for primary or urgent care visits.
“People love online scheduling in general because of its 24/7 convenience and they can pick appointment times that work best for them,” says Jeff Tarrant, CEO of AllianceHealth Durant. “We know any tool that makes a practice more accessible will be welcomed. The service gives patients a simple, convenient way to book an appointment at any time, even when the office is closed. Patients are able to book online appointments for urgent and primary care services using their computer, tablet or mobile device. Patients who use online scheduling will receive email and text message appointment reminders for added convenience.
