DAISY Award Nomination
The DAISY Award® for Extraordinary Nurses honors the super-human work nurses do for patients and families every day. Nurses are honored for their extraordinary acts of compassion at a ceremony that is held each quarter. Patients and their families nominate nurses for the award and are invited to attend the ceremony if the nurse they nominate wins. Please take the time to share your story of what your nurse has meant to you, and your nurse may be selected to receive this meaningful recognition.
DAISY Award honorees personify AllianceHealth's patient experience commitment. These nurses consistently demonstrate excellence through their clinical expertise and extraordinary compassionate care. They are recognized as outstanding role models in our nursing community.

ROSE Award Nomination
The ROSE Award, which stands for Recognition of Service Excellence, is designed to reward and celebrate the extraordinary efforts and compassion of AllianceHealth Durant ancillary and support staff. Each quarter, we recognize one employee from non-nursing departments for outstanding service and compassion.
ROSE Award honorees are role models for the entire staff as they exhibit excellence.
How to nominate an extraordinary employee:
Please help AllianceHealth Durant recognize each employee who does one or more of the following:
- Makes a special connection with the patient and family.
- Works well with the healthcare team to meet patient and family needs.
- Makes patients and their families feel comfortable.
- Goes above and beyond.
Patients, visitors, nurses, physicians and employees may nominate a deserving employee by filling out the nomination form.
